Happy Hollow

On my birthday (MINE, not Tommy's) we went to Happy Hollow. I had never been there before, but I've decided I'm definitely going back.
It was very pretty and had lots of things to see and do!

First thing, of course, was to ride on a goat. To be perfectly honest, I wanted to ride the elephant, but I was too late. The goat was nice, though, and I got to pat the elephant after the ride, so it's all good.

Then I played with some REAL goats. They're very soft, but they run away unless you have food. Fortunately, I like to run too. Great game chasing goats!

I sat on a turtle too, but it didn't run. Turtles are VERY slow.

This is a donkey just like in Shrek 2 (one of my favorite movies). I got to feed the donkey and he wanted to be in the picture.

Then we found this thing called a Maze. Mama thought I would get lost, but I found me way out super fast. I didn't get lost at all!

Daddy and Tommy did, though. I had to go back in to find them. Actually, I went back in a lot of times, just because I could!

I also rode on a roller coaster, a frog ride, a bug ride, a fire truck and police car ride, and I got a blue ice-drink all for my own self because it was my birthday.

Hoooray for Happy Hollow! "Is the zoo! Let's go the zoo again! Okay! The zoo!"

"No. Not zoo again. The beach! Okay, the Beach now! Let's go!"

ps. Tommy got to ride on the bug ride and truck ride too, but I didn't mind. I like hanging out with him sometimes.

Three at the Beach!

"It's my birthday, Mama. Yes. We're go to the Beach. Okay. Let's go!"
"More sand. Fix it, Mama. Come on, Daddy! Sand! Let's go get it!"

"I do it. I help. Me do it, Daddy!"

"No! No! Don't get me, Daddy! Don't get me sand!"

"Tommy do it too, Mama. I help him. Come on, Tommy. Let's play sand. That's toes!!"

"I playin' drums, Mama. Do da, do doo dooo! Da dat daaaah! Is drums'!"

"This my cave, Mama. Yes. This not your cave, Mama. This MY cave. It is. Yes. My Cave."

"This my house, Mama. This your house. This my cave. This my house. Is good house. Stay here. Yes. Stay here, Mama. Is your house."

"What's this, Mama? Is it? Yucky! Crab? Oh, yucky! Is dead. Yes. Dead. Yucky!"

"I play sand. Yes. Is good. I like beach. Is not too cold."

"Tommy not play my sand. No, Tommy! No touch it! MY sand! No, Tommy. NOOOOO!"

"Yes. Happy birthday Brady. I'm three. Birthday again? One day? One more day? Again birthday?"

Boy Band

Before Tommy came, I had to be a band by myself (Mommy and Daddy helped sometimes, but it's not the same). But NOW there's Tommy and we are a Boy Band!
Tommy loves the guitar and I love the drums, so we get along very well. We don't make much music, but I don't care. I just listen to the music in my head.

Maybe when we're older we can put it all together and Mommy won't just call it noise!

Disneyland (parts 1 and 2)

First thing I did at Disneyland was meet my TRUE LOVE.
Minnie Mouse. Isn't she beautiful?

We danced the night away.

She loved me so much that she took me away to say goodbye. Just the two of us (and Mommy, Daddy, and Tommy, but they don't count.)

Laney liked the princesses at Disneyland, but Minnie Mouse is better than a Princess-- she's the QUEEN.

Of course, meeting Mickey was great too.

And Pluto was one of my favorites (I brought a little Pluto home with me).

I rode a bug with Mommy--twice!

Even waiting in lines wasn't too bad. There was a great ride at the end of every one.

What I Did

Disneyland is so full of fun I couldn't handle it all in one day and no one picture could express my joy. So, here's a bunch.
I got to ride a Seahorse (Mommy's choice) and a goldfish! (My choice)

I was very small on a very big Lego.

I (sort of) drove the train all the way from our hotel to Disneyland! (Whooo! Whooooo!)

I drove Daddy around in Lightning McQueen and crashed a LOT. Loved the crashing.

Met--yes MET--Lightning and Mater. (They didn't talk much, but I was too excited to care)

Wore Mickey Mouse ears for about two minutes. Long enough for a picture.

Drove Donald Duck's boathouse.

Sat in Goofy's chair. (His house was my favorite spot in Toon Town. I cried when we had to leave.)

Sat where Daddy told me to.

And (as a final goodbye) ate a very tasty Mickey Mouse Cookie while riding a train all around Disneyland. Yummy!

I know! Let's do it again!

Okay.

Easter with Nana

I'll tell you what I learned about Easter:
It's all about Jesus and eggs. I don't understand what Jesus has to do with colorful eggs full of candy, but there's a lot I don't understand.

Also, Easter is about dressing up and visiting family. We started and ended the day at Grandma and Grandpa's house, where we ate and played for a long time. But right in the middle of the day, we got all dressed up and I took flowers to Nana.
Don't I look nice? Nana liked her flowers. I LOVE giving flowers to ladies. I give them to Mommy all the time!

Tommy and I both looked fantastic! Everyone said how handsome we were and Mommy likes this picture because she says we look like brothers--well, we ARE brothers so that makes sense.

I liked visiting my Nana. She is nice and always likes to see me. She never yells and lets me hold her hand. She also gave me a big fat yellow ducky for Easter! Nana must know me really well!

Happy Easter, Nana!

Happy Easter, Everyone!

I singed!

I know lots of songs! This is one of my favorites and I'm really good at it. I forget the words sometimes, but who cares about the words anyway? We all know it's about keeping the beat!
